As I think about Thanksgiving these days I feel two very strong and powerful emotions. One, of course , is a deep sense of loss and sorrow that the circle has been broken. The other is how blessed I am to have such a wonderful, loving family
Though we won't all be together this year, I'm sure we will be in our thoughts.
Some of you may remember from your scripture reading the Mizpah benediction that went something like this: May the Lord be with thee and me while we are absent one from another.
